Our buttery small batch caramel is flavored with local Shovel Town Brewery’s Double IPA beer, which is then dipped in smooth dark chocolate, and topped with Langwater Farm hops and pretzel infused sea salt. This caramel has been awarded “2019 Best New Piece” at our annual Retail Confectioners International conference in 2019.
Our Beer Brittle is crafted with the most incredible combination of local flavor. Cooked in our copper kettles, we join our traditional peanut brittle recipe with freshly brewed beer from Easton's own Shovel Town Brewery. This beer brittle begins as a buttery sweet crunch followed by a nutty flavor from Spanish peanuts chased by a beer finish! Cheers!
